Job Description

As a UX Researcher at U.S. Bank Corp, you will play a key role in understanding our customers and their experiences with our products. In this role, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to identify customer needs and uncover insights that will shape the future of our digital products. We're looking for someone with a passion for understanding and improving the customer experience. To be successful in the role, you should have a strong background in UX research, with experience carrying out qualitative and quantitative research studies and analyzing user behavior. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute UX research to understand customer needs and uncover insights that inform product design and development.
  2. Analyze user behavior and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  4. Present findings to stakeholders to inform product and design decisions.
  5. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure customer needs are met.
  6. Monitor industry trends and research best practices to ensure products are up-to-date.
  7. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of research and findings.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer personas and preferences.
  9. Provide creative solutions to customer experience issues.
