
Consumer Insights Manager
Manage and oversee the work of vendor(s) for questionnaire development, data collection, reporting and presentation of findings. Create comprehensive analyses, leveraging previous projects' learnings as well as learnings across other Consumer Insights team members' projects, to fully inform the marketing and brand teams on consumers perceptions. Present findings and implications to the marketing team as well as Senior Leadership. A strong command of research acumen and business knowledge with the ability to illuminate actionable insights and recommendations that impact the business. Drive project plans and schedules to deliver projects on time. Manage vendors to deliver high quality work, negotiate cost and manage budget for each project. Evaluate effectiveness of existing vendors and evaluate new vendors. Collaborate with agency partners and internal analytics to develop a Insights frameworks including business impact tracking.
5+ years work experience in Consumer Insights project development and management.
Marketing and business knowledge and skills.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative Consumer Insights methodologies.
Ability to lead custom research projects independently.
