
Research Plant Pathologist
The U.S. Department of Agriculture is looking for a talented and motivated Research Plant Pathologist to join our team! - Collaborate with other scientists on joint research projects.
- Design and conduct experiments and field trials to evaluate potential plant disease control strategies.
- Develop strategies for prevention, control, and eradication of plant diseases.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to other scientists, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current plant disease control strategies.
- Stay informed of advances in plant pathology research and techniques.
- Prepare and manage research budgets.
