  5. Prepare detailed and accurate reports summarizing findings and recommendations for patent approval or rejection.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in patent laws and regulations to ensure accurate and efficient review processes.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and provide support as needed.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information related to patent applications.
  9. Represent the U.S. Department of Commerce in a professional and respectful manner in all interactions and communications.
  10. Contribute to the overall mission of promoting innovation and economic growth in the United States through the patenting process.

Job Qualifications
