Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Technician Or Phlebotomist In A Clinical Setting Is Required. This Should Include Proficiency In Collecting And Handling Blood Samples, Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, And The Ability To Accurately Document And Report Results.

This Includes Knowledge Of Infection Control Protocols, Proper Handling Of Biohazardous Materials, And Compliance With Hipaa Regulations.
