
Supervisory Social Worker

- Monitor and manage budget and resources for the social work team.
- Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events related to social work.
Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Social Work, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.
Knowledge Of Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Social Work, Such As The Child Abuse Prevention And Treatment Act (Capta) And The Social Security Act.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments And Agencies.
Experience In Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation, As Well As Budget Management And Reporting.
