Pharmacist

The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and develop pharmacy services in accordance with standards set by the U.S. Department of Justice.
2. Provide high-quality patient care, including consulting with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
3. Collaborate with other department staff to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy.
4. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas of improvement in patient care and pharmacy services.
5. Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and laws.
6. Manage inventory and order medication and supplies when necessary.
7. Compound and dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
8. Promote the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications.
9. Maintain patient records and provide accurate information about medications.
10. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
