  1. Develop and implement education programs and initiatives in collaboration with international partners.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in the field of international education.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and educational institutions.
  4. Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve program goals.
  5. Monitor program progress and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
  6. Coordinate logistics for program events, including conferences, workshops, and trainings.
  7. Provide guidance and support to program participants, including students, teachers, and administrators.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of education programs with broader strategic goals.
  9. Communicate program updates and success stories to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay informed and compliant with all regulations and policies related to international education programs.
  11. Represent the U.S. Department of State at international conferences and events related to education and cultural exchange.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for program growth and improvement.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues and partners on matters related to international education.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and cultural understanding.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, International Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Education Programs In An International Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Educational Policies, Practices, And Trends At Both National And International Levels.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Monitoring And Evaluation, And Reporting.
