
Resources Training Coordinator

- Develop and implement training programs for employees in various resource management areas.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and determine appropriate training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to design and deliver effective training materials.
- Create training schedules and coordinate training sessions for employees.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
- Monitor and track employee training progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding training inquiries and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to training and development.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to help them apply their new skills and knowledge in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-training opportunities and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and online resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for improving training programs and processes.
- Act as a positive role model for employees, promoting a culture of learning, growth, and development.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Coordinating Training Programs, Preferably In A Government Or Financial Institution Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Training And Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Materials And Programs, Including The Use Of Technology And Digital Learning Platforms.
