1. Ensure the highest levels of quality assurance and integrity in all Treasury activities.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
3. Monitor and review Treasury regulations and guidelines for compliance.
4. Lead a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and monitor their progress.
5. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
6. Train and mentor Quality Assurance Specialists in order to increase their effectiveness.
7. Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management.
8. Monitor and audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
9. Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with excellent organizational and time management skills.
10. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
