Job Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation is currently looking for an experienced Airway Transportation Systems Specialist to join our team. This individual must have a solid understanding of airway transportation systems and a passion for providing the best possible service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also a must, as well as a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated self-starter who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact, then this position may be for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain airway transportation systems.
  2. Monitor and analyze performance of existing systems.
  3. Provide the best possible customer service to clients.
  4. Analyze data and develop reports to identify opportunities to improve systems performance.
  5. Work with stakeholders to identify and implement changes to enhance airway transportation systems.
  6. Develop and document system requirements and processes.
  7. Monitor and manage system performance and utilization.
  8. Monitor and analyze system trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of new systems.
  10. Develop and maintain documentation for airway transportation systems.
