Job Description

As an Operations & Strategy Manager within our Cities team you will play a critical role growing our business by analyzing opportunities and risks to business performance, and implementing operational plans. This role requires someone who can work well independently and in teams. Conduct analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions. Plan and complete projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance, requiring stakeholder and project management skills. Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in roles which included leading project delivery and process implementation

  • Data-driven problem solving abilities, with an interest in turning data into actionable insights that inform decisions

  • High-growth operations or startup experience

  • Proficiency in French or an additional languages a plus

  • Experience managing and influencing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally
