  2. Drive efficiency and effectiveness through the use of innovative and cutting-edge HR technology tools.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs and initiatives.
  4. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR technology systems and tools.
  5. Ensure seamless integration between HR technology systems and other business systems.
  6. Monitor and analyze HR technology trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Manage and oversee the HR technology budget and resources.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other external partners.
  9. Train and educate HR staff on how to effectively use HR technology tools.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR technology, providing guidance and support to HR and other business teams.
  12. Continuously assess and improve HR technology processes to optimize efficiency and user experience.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for implementing new technologies.
  14. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement a long-term HR technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
  15. Manage and mentor a team of HR technology professionals, providing guidance and support for their development and growth.
