  1. Lead and manage the global People Operations team, providing direction and support to individual team members.
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs that align with the company's mission and values.
  3. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
  4. Foster a culture of inclusivity and growth, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  5. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations.
  6. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all new hires.
  7. Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development plans.
  8. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  9. Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivated workforce.
  10. Conduct regular reviews of HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  11. Serve as a role model for the company's mission, values, and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people operations, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
  13. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in people-related strategies and initiatives.
  14. Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  15. Communicate and report on HR metrics and analytics to senior leadership, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Hr Experience: A Director, People Operations At Uber Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Deep Understanding Of All Aspects Of Hr Management, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation And Benefits, Performance Management, And Compliance.
