Looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant Business Partner at Uber. As the right hand to our senior leadership, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and acting as a strategic partner in driving our business forward. We are seeking someone with exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership at Uber.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in driving business growth and success.
  3. Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  4. Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for senior leadership.
  5. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
  6. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  7. Assist in project management and implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  8. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and other departments, managing communication and ensuring efficient collaboration.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  10. Anticipate the needs of senior leadership and proactively provide support and assistance.
  11. Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests directed to senior leadership.
  12. Attend meetings and take detailed notes, ensuring action items are followed up on.
  13. Monitor and manage senior leadership's email inbox, prioritizing and responding to messages as needed.
  14. Act as a representative of Uber, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the executive team.
  16. Stay informed on industry trends and updates, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  17. Assist in managing budgets and expenses for senior leadership.
  18. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the business.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A High-Level Executive Assistant Role.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Individuals At All Levels, Both Internally And Externally.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Strategic Support And Driving Success For Senior Executives In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
