As the Marketing Technology Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing technology stack and implementing new tools and processes to enhance our marketing efforts.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy to support the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Manage and optimize the company's marketing technology stack, including but not limited to CRM, email marketing, social media, and analytics platforms.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of marketing technology.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the marketing technology stack to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Train and support marketing team members in the use of marketing technology tools and processes, and provide ongoing education on best practices and new developments.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketing technology performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to marketing technology, and work with IT to resolve them in a timely manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance related to marketing technology, and ensure the company's practices are in line with these standards.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats related to marketing technology, and make recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  11. Act as a strong advocate for the use of technology in marketing, and champion new ideas and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
  12. Manage relationships with external marketing technology vendors and partners, and negotiate contracts and pricing as needed.
  13. Develop and maintain a budget for marketing technology expenses, and ensure all expenditures are in line with company goals and objectives.
