- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize the company's marketing technology stack, including but not limited to CRM, email marketing, social media, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of marketing technology.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the marketing technology stack to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Train and support marketing team members in the use of marketing technology tools and processes, and provide ongoing education on best practices and new developments.
- Monitor and analyze marketing technology performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to marketing technology, and work with IT to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance related to marketing technology, and ensure the company's practices are in line with these standards.
- Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats related to marketing technology, and make recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Act as a strong advocate for the use of technology in marketing, and champion new ideas and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Manage relationships with external marketing technology vendors and partners, and negotiate contracts and pricing as needed.
- Develop and maintain a budget for marketing technology expenses, and ensure all expenditures are in line with company goals and objectives.
