Job Description

We're looking for candidates that are problem solvers at their core, that thrive in a fast-paced environment, and that are eager to create an environment to pilot new onboarding support products and modalities. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to help us continue to grow the Uber Freight app! Document review, auditing, verification, and detailed data entry. Help identify process gaps and improve efficiency as Uber Freight expands into new markets and new regions. Communicating with multiple teams and customers (drivers) to provide support (through email, phone, or text). Strategize how onboarding processes could be improved as Uber Freight expands and grows over time. Collaborating with peers and other departments to discover gaps and potential new projects. Handling escalations pertaining to a carrier's app account, insurance, payment or miscellaneous app issues.

Job Qualifications
