  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities within the company's operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company's policies and procedures are in line with current standards.
  5. Collaborate with legal and other departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  6. Conduct training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and serve as the main point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
  9. Investigate and report any suspected or actual compliance violations and work with appropriate teams to address and resolve them.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the company's risk management and compliance efforts.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance-related activities.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  13. Uphold the company's code of conduct and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure compliance considerations are taken into account.
  15. Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to compliance and risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Risk Management Or Compliance, Preferably In The Transportation Or Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices For Risk Management And Compliance

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Risk Assessment, With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies.
