- Develop and implement financial strategies to support Uber's global operations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial initiatives and support key business objectives.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for mitigation or capitalization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
- Lead and participate in financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting and cost control processes to ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and expertise in financial analysis and strategy.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive financial partnerships and initiatives.
- Remain compliant with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Represent Uber's values and mission in all interactions and decisions.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance department.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Investment Banking, Or Corporate Finance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Synthesize Complex Financial Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Management.
Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment, With A Track Record Of Successfully Driving Strategic Initiatives And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
