  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and acquire new business from small and medium-sized businesses.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business goals.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue quotas.
  4. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing various sales tactics and techniques to close deals and grow the customer base.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the ride-sharing industry, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position Uber's value proposition to clients.
  7. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients and ensuring their satisfaction with Uber's services.
  9. Act as a mentor and leader to more junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development, staying updated on industry best practices and trends.
