Liquidity Risk Specialist

As a key member of the Risk Management team, you will have the opportunity to lead our liquidity risk management efforts and ensure that all liquidity risks are managed in a manner that is consistent with UBI Banca's risk appetite.In this role, you should have a passion for understanding and managing liquidity risk and be able to stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and industry developments. Responsibilities:

1. Lead UBI Banca’s liquidity risk management efforts and ensure that all liquidity risks are managed in a manner that is consistent with UBI Banca’s risk appetite.
2. Monitor and assess liquidity risk in UBI Banca’s products, services, and operations.
3. Keep up-to-date on the latest regulations and industry developments related to liquidity risk.
4. Develop and implement processes to identify, measure, monitor, and report liquidity risk.
5. Analyze liquidity risk exposures and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
6. Monitor and review liquidity risk limits and thresholds.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure liquidity risk management policies are understood and adhered to.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on liquidity risk management activities.
9. Provide guidance and training to other team members on liquidity risk management.
