
Liquidity Risk Specialist
At UBI Banca, we are looking for an experienced Liquidity Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Risk Management team, you will have the opportunity to lead our liquidity risk management efforts and ensure that all liquidity risks are managed in a manner that is consistent with UBI Banca's risk appetite.In this role, you should have a passion for understanding and managing liquidity risk and be able to stay up-to-date on the latest regulations and industry developments. Responsibilities:
- Lead UBI Banca’s liquidity risk management efforts and ensure that all liquidity risks are managed in a manner that is consistent with UBI Banca’s risk appetite.
- Monitor and assess liquidity risk in UBI Banca’s products, services, and operations.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest regulations and industry developments related to liquidity risk.
- Develop and implement processes to identify, measure, monitor, and report liquidity risk.
- Analyze liquidity risk exposures and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and review liquidity risk limits and thresholds.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure liquidity risk management policies are understood and adhered to.
- Prepare reports and presentations on liquidity risk management activities.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members on liquidity risk management.
