- Provide athletic training services to patients, coaches, and other healthcare professionals in the community.
- Develop and implement injury prevention programs for athletes and individuals.
- Perform initial evaluations and assessments of injuries and develop treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic interventions, including modalities and exercise programs, to promote healing and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients, coaches, and community members on injury prevention and proper techniques for physical activity.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current best practices and techniques in athletic training.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards for patient care.
- Participate in outreach programs and events to promote health and wellness in the community.
- Provide coverage for athletic events and assist with emergency care if needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Act as a positive representative of UCHealth and promote our mission to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain appropriate licensure and certification.

Bachelor's Degree In Athletic Training Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Certification By The Board Of Certification (Boc) For Athletic Trainers.
Current Cpr/Aed Certification.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As An Athletic Trainer In A Community Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Injury Prevention, Assessment, Treatment, And Rehabilitation Techniques For Athletes Of All Ages And Skill Levels.
