Associate's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or Biology.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) Or Clinical Laboratory Technician (Clt) From A Recognized Accrediting Organization.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Equipment, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Exceptional Patient Care.
