Director - Clinical Engineering

The Director of Clinical Engineering at UCHealth is responsible for leading and directing the clinical engineering team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and reliable medical equipment and services that support the clinical and operational needs of the organization. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about patient safety and operational excellence and has a demonstrated track record of successful leadership.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a clinical engineering, clinical technology, or service management role. The candidate should also have experience leading teams, developing processes, implementing programs, and managing projects.
