  1. Develop and implement individualized exercise programs for patients with various medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  2. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities, limitations, and goals.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate exercise as a means of improving overall health and well-being.
  4. Educate patients on the importance of exercise and how it can benefit their specific medical condition, as well as provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and safety precautions.
  5. Monitor patients during exercise sessions, making necessary adjustments to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare team members as needed.
  7. Stay current on the latest research and developments in exercise science and incorporate new techniques and protocols into patient treatment plans.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized exercise facility, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and adhering to safety standards.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  10. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other exercise physiologists and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
  11. Act as a resource and mentor for colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  12. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in the delivery of patient care.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development, such as attending conferences and workshops, to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Center.

  • Certified Exercise Physiologist (Cep) Certification From The American College Of Sports Medicine (Acsm).

  • Proficiency In Conducting Exercise Assessments And Creating Personalized Exercise Programs For Patients With Various Medical Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Educate Patients On Proper Exercise Techniques And Goals.
