Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Rehab

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' exercise sessions and progress
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in exercise physiology and cardiac rehabilitation to continuously improve patient care
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their recovery journey
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients to exercise in, following all infection control and safety protocols
• Assist with program development and implementation to enhance the overall quality of the cardiac rehabilitation program
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to promote understanding and collaboration in patient care.
