- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance and support on matters related to employee relations, performance management, talent development, and other HR issues.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a fair and equitable workplace.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement programs and policies that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to resolve employee relations issues.
- Partner with leaders to identify and address performance concerns and develop performance improvement plans as needed.
- Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to support the development of employees and managers.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, serving as a resource for HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and participating in interviews.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and managers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience In Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, And Performance Management
