- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and address employee development and training needs.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open communication and resolving conflicts and issues as they arise.
- Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and background checks.
- Participate in the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the organization's culture and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
