  1. Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in the Family Medicine Clinic.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in procedures and examinations.
  4. Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
  5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards of conduct at all times.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  13. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Lpn License In The State Of Colorado, Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.

  • Experience In Family Medicine: Previous Experience Working In A Family Medicine Clinic Or Primary Care Setting Is Preferred. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Dynamics Of This Type Of Healthcare Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Lpns In A Family Medicine Clinic Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes Active Listening, Clear And Concise Verbal Communication, And Accurate Documentation.

  • Ability To Multitask: Family Medicine Clinics Can Be Fast-Paced And Require Lpns To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities. The Candidate Should Be Able To Prioritize And Manage Their Time Effectively To Provide Efficient And High-Quality Patient Care.

  • Team Player: Working In A Family Medicine Clinic Requires Collaboration And Teamwork With Other Healthcare Professionals, Such As Physicians, Nurses, And Medical Assistants. The Candidate Should Have A Positive Attitude And Be Able To Work Well With Others To Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients.
