  1. Lead and manage the supply chain operations team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and optimize operations within the supply chain, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, clinical operations, and vendors, to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively address any supply chain-related issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and apply them to continuously improve operations.
  7. Monitor and manage supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  8. Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost savings initiatives are identified and achieved.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain operations.
  11. Lead and support supply chain-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements.
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain operations to senior management.
  13. Identify and implement opportunities for supply chain automation and technology enhancements to streamline processes.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts and pricing.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain operations team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Negotiate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Best Practices And Experience With Inventory Management, Logistics, And Vendor Management.
