  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the Rehab department of UCHealth.
  2. Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to promote their independence and recovery.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the medical team.
  4. Administer medication and treatments as directed by physicians and nurses.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any concerns or questions.
  8. Follow all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  9. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patients' care and progress.
  10. Attend trainings and meetings to stay current on best practices and advancements in patient care.
  11. Show empathy and understanding towards patients and their families during a challenging time.
  12. Serve as an advocate for patients and provide emotional support when needed.
  13. Demonstrate respect and professionalism towards patients, colleagues, and superiors.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Certification As A Nursing Assistant Or Patient Care Technician

  • Previous Experience Working In A Rehabilitation Setting Or With Patients With Disabilities

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
