- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to women and infants in our unit.
- Utilize nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and postpartum care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
- Continuously strive to improve the quality of care provided to patients.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Colorado.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Obstetrics, Labor And Delivery, Or Postpartum Care.
Certification In Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (Rnc-Ob) Or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Nrp).
Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
