  1. Maintain accurate financial records: Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and organized, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
  2. Provide insightful analysis: Utilize accounting principles and methods to analyze financial data and provide valuable insights to the organization's financial health and performance.
  3. Ensure financial integrity: Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting standards and regulations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
  5. Conduct audits: Perform regular audits to identify any discrepancies or errors and take necessary corrective actions to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial records.
  6. Monitor financial performance: Track and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  7. Prepare financial statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  8. Develop and maintain financial policies: Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization.
  9. Train and mentor junior accountants: Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff to develop their skills and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on industry changes: Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry developments to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  11. Support budgeting process: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monitor and report on budget variances, and make recommendations for improvement to achieve financial goals.
  12. Participate in special projects: Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the overall financial goals of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Cpa Certification Or Equivalent

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards

  • Experience With Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting
