- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of staffing requirements for various departments within the healthcare facility.
- Collaborate with department managers to create and maintain staffing schedules that align with patient needs and budget constraints.
- Monitor and track staffing levels on a daily basis to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts.
- Recruit and onboard new staff members, including conducting interviews, verifying credentials, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule training and orientation for new staff members.
- Communicate with existing staff to identify and fill any scheduling gaps or last-minute changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing schedules, employee absences, and other important information.
- Act as a liaison between department managers and staff to address any scheduling conflicts or concerns.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in staffing and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies related to staffing and employee scheduling.
- Proactively identify and address potential staffing issues or challenges and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Staffing, Recruitment, Or Human Resources.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Individuals And Groups.
Proficient In Using Hris And Applicant Tracking Systems, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports.
