Inventory Manager

As an Inventory Manager at Uline, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our inventory management, including accurate order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and warehouse efficiency.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations. You also possess the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. You are self-motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and warehouse efficiency
• Analyze and develop strategies to improve inventory accuracy and system accuracy
• Develop and implement inventory control and management systems
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Develop and manage inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and manage inventory-related costs, such as freight, storage, and handling
• Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Monitor and enforce safety and security policies and procedures
• Develop and implement procedures for inventory tracking and replenishment
• Supervise and train staff on inventory control and warehouse operations
• Maintain working relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Manage inventory and warehouse budget
• Manage and coordinate inventory-related projects
