At Uline, we're looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users and ensuring IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. To be successful, you should have excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.We are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician who is passionate about technology and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with users at all levels of the organization. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in providing IT support and a degree in a related field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to Uline users, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.
  2. Monitor and maintain Uline IT systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  3. Respond to user inquiries and requests for assistance promptly and professionally.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of IT system policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation for IT support staff.
  6. Provide on-site and remote training to users for various software applications.
  7. Identify and report potential areas of risk and system vulnerabilities.
  8. Maintain compliance with all applicable IT security policies.
  9. Assist in the rollout of new technologies and services.
  10. Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects.
