Responsibilities:

3. Monitor customer feedback and make changes to services as needed.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
5. Monitor team performance and ensure that all services meet standards.
6. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to beauty professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain a strong working relationship with vendors and suppliers.
8. Develop and maintain a clean and professional environment in the beauty services area.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
