Responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct the beauty services team, ensuring that all services are delivered with the highest quality of standards and promote the Ulta Beauty service culture.
2. Implement and maintain strong customer service practices and ensure that all customer service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
3. Monitor the team’s performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed to ensure team members are meeting and exceeding goals.
4. Develop and implement processes and policies to improve overall service delivery.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners.
6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of beauty products and services.
7. Develop and implement training and development plans for team members.
8. Create and maintain reports and metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.
9. Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for team members.
10. Monitor and analyze trends in the beauty industry to identify opportunities for growth.
