Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of Beauty Services experts to ensure customers receive the highest quality service. • Monitor customer feedback and take action to address customer concerns. • Create and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction. • Ensure that Beauty Services team members are following company policies and procedures. • Monitor daily operations and workflow to ensure efficiency. • Develop and implement training programs for Beauty Services team members. • Track Beauty Services team performance and provide feedback. • Troubleshoot customer service issues and develop resolutions. • Ensure that Beauty Services team members are up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products. • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times. • Work collaboratively with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction. • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
