Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction -Monitor the performance of the beauty services department -Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations -Hire, train, and manage employees in the beauty services department -Develop and implement a training program to ensure that employees are up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and services -Supervise daily operations of the beauty services department -Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations -Provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting customer expectations -Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement -Create and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty -Manage the budget for the beauty services department -Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
