3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in esthetics and skincare to provide the highest level of service to clients.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
6. Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and recommend personalized at-home regimens to help them achieve their beauty goals.
7. Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and efficient workflow.
8. Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
9. Adhere to all state laws and regulations regarding esthetics and maintain a valid esthetician license.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, promoting and upselling products and services to enhance the client's experience.
11. Attend mandatory training and meetings to stay informed about new products, techniques, and company policies.
12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the Ulta Beauty brand.
13. Handle any client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, punctuality, dress code, and confidentiality.
15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and the company's overall goals.
