- Train, coach, and mentor a team of cashiers to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee cashiers' daily tasks and responsibilities, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor and maintain checkout area for cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
