Retail Experience: A Lead Cashier At Ulta Beauty Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role. This Experience Will Help Them Understand The Store Operations And Customer Service Expectations At Ulta Beauty.
Cash Handling Skills: The Lead Cashier Should Have Strong Math Skills And Be Comfortable Handling Large Sums Of Money. They Should Also Be Familiar With Operating Cash Registers And Processing Various Forms Of Payment.
