1. Provide personalized makeup services to clients, including but not limited to: makeup application, color matching, and product recommendations.
2. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service to clients.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure a professional and inviting environment for clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Educate clients on proper makeup application techniques and offer tips and tricks to enhance their beauty routine.
6. Collaborate with co-workers and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Assist with inventory management by tracking and restocking products as needed.
8. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Ulta Beauty brand and values.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including proper sanitation and safety protocols.
11. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
12. Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
15. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
