Job Description

As the Prestige Sales Manager at Ulta Beauty, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the prestige product lines in our stores. You’ll be in charge of developing strategies and plans to increase sales, optimize store operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll be a highly motivated leader and mentor to team members, inspiring them to reach their highest potential.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of related retail, sales, and/or management experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. You possess a thorough knowledge of prestige products, trends, and techniques, and you’re able to maximize sales opportunities through effective planning and execution. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies and plans to increase prestige product sales and optimize store operations.
  2. Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to team members to maximize their potential.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of prestige products, trends, and techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Monitor sales performance and devise plans to reach sales goals.
  5. Foster relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  6. Analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all store operations are running smoothly.
  8. Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  9. Lead team meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service.
  10. Oversee merchandising and display of products in store.
