As the Prestige Sales Manager at Ulta Beauty, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the prestige product lines in our stores. You’ll be in charge of developing strategies and plans to increase sales, optimize store operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll be a highly motivated leader and mentor to team members, inspiring them to reach their highest potential.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of related retail, sales, and/or management experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. You possess a thorough knowledge of prestige products, trends, and techniques, and you’re able to maximize sales opportunities through effective planning and execution.
