Job Description

Are you an experienced and motivated Prestige Sales Manager looking to join a rapidly growing company? Ulta Beauty is looking for a Prestige Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales and achieve our brand goals. As a Prestige Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of beauty advisors, developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability, and creating a customer-centric environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for beauty and a minimum of 3 years of prestige sales management experience. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must have a personal commitment to Ulta Beauty's mission to drive sales and consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of beauty advisors and motivate them to achieve sales goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  3. Create a customer-centric environment.
  4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Monitor customer service levels and provide feedback to team members.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  7. Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current trends in the prestige beauty industry.
  9. Recruit, on-board, and coach new team members.
  10. Manage inventory and merchandise levels.
