Job Description

Ulta Beauty is looking for a talented Prestige Sales Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced, organized, and personable leader who is able to oversee all aspects of a prestige salon and beauty retailer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, a proven track record of driving sales, and a strong knowledge of prestige beauty products and services. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to think strategically. Our Prestige Sales Manager will be an inspirational leader that models positive behaviors, builds strong relationships with customers, and fosters a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of a prestige salon and beauty retailer
  • Manage a team and ensure that the team is achieving sales and customer service goals
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure the team is exceeding expectations
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure the team is providing a positive customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and engagement
  • Stay up to date on new products and services to ensure the team is able to effectively promote them
  • Maintain an organized work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
