The Skincare Specialist will be responsible for providing personalized skincare services and helping customers find the best skincare products for their skin type and skin care concerns. Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner and provide product knowledge • Assess customer’s individual skin care needs and provide advice and recommendations on the most suitable products • Educate customers on proper use of skincare products, ingredients, and application techniques • Keep current on product knowledge, trends, and promotional activities • Ensure all customers receive excellent customer service • Assist in store merchandising, stocking, and inventory control • Offer samples of products to customers • Keep store shelves organized and neat • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment • Perform other duties as assigned
