Beauty industry certifications and advanced knowledge of retail software are preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with personalized skincare advice based on their individual needs.
2. Educate customers on the latest skincare trends and products.
3. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
4. Develop a good understanding of Ulta Beauty's products and services.
5. Process payments and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
6. Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
8. Assist with training new team members.
9. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
