Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to guests in the store.
2. Recommend skincare products that are tailored to the guests' individual needs.
3. Maintain knowledge of current trends and products in the beauty and skincare industry.
4. Assist in maintaining store inventory and stocking shelves.
5. Assist in merchandising and setting up displays.
6. Answer questions in regards to product information, usage, and application techniques.
7. Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
8. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Uphold store policies and procedures.
10. Build rapport with customers to ensure return visits.
